Submitting a request does not form a service contract or guarantee a delivery date, price, financing or public-service eligibility. Work begins under an agreed proposal or separate contract.

Demonstrations

CAPRA demonstrations are concepts, not connected government services. Proposal acknowledgment records that you reviewed a proposal and is not a legally binding electronic signature.

Payments

No charges are enabled. Any future payment must use approved pricing and a configured processor.
