What is collected

Your submitted contact details, project answers, uploaded documents, messages and account identifier are stored to manage your request. Account access uses ChatGPT sign-in.

Access and storage

Records are limited to their signed-in owner and authorized staff. Uploaded files use private storage and are served only after a server-side access check. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive data.

External services

Calendar and notification providers are not active until configured. Their connection status is shown where relevant.

Retention and requests

You can delete saved drafts from your workspace. Contact IBEX to request correction or deletion of submitted project records and documents; automatic retention schedules are not configured.
